Getting a commission to test certain school rumours to prove that ghosts aren't real isn't the strangest commission the "fix-it" club has got. Finding lost cats, repairing old computers, and chasing down a garbage truck to recover something lost are among the most common commissions. Tristan, the president of the fix-it club, is more than eager to take this one; after all, his crush is the one who asked.

Damon is very invested in this specific commission and Tristan suspects it's an complicated plot to go on a date together and bypass Tristan's strict family business. Neither of them has any doubts that the other has feelings, but things are more complicated than that.

Ghosts aren't real, that much is obvious, but there is something very wrong with this school, and they will both find out in the worst possible way.
